"We had CR&VS replace our old cement board with gorgeous vinyl Board & Batten. When I first spoke to Braeden about this project, I found him to be professional, courteous and very helpful by answering all our questions with great explanations, so we understood the details. He gave us total respect with his time and answers. I never felt I was getting a "pitch." He stood by us through the entire project by frequently giving us a call and was always available when I had a question. I never worried about the project as the crew was wonderful and I felt they certainly knew their craft. As Project Manager, Braeden was on site several times to see how it was all going. CR&VS also replaced all the wood trim around my windows with PVC. This included a great deal of decorative trim around my front windows. Any issues that arose were taken seriously and completed without question. Braeden ensured our complete & total satisfaction as well as peace of mind that the work was done correctly. "Worked with Rob Schmidt to do all kinds of stuff roofing and roofing related on my home at North Raleigh. His worker bees work hard. They made sure my tiny plants weren't damaged during the teardown process of my 8000 sqft home. I did following work
*New luxury shingles (Camelot in front face of the home) from GAF
*12KW GAF timberline solar panels. The panels has good appearance. Keep connections as simple as possible and make sure you are a good solar candidate
*Gutter replacement with Gutter guard and downspouts (finally I don't have to scoop out pounds and pounds of debris and pine leaves from my gutter)
*Chimney cap replacement
*Replacing rotted fascias in my dormers and various areas with non-rotting PVC (I'm quite optimistic about this one)

So overall, I am rating Rob quite high for being professional, solving issues promptly and making my home look brand new."

"A shout out to Rob and Kenny Schmidt of Carolina Roofing and Vinyl Siding. They did some fascia, drip edge and gutter work for us a couple of months ago. When a tree limb went through our roof during the night of the storm this past Monday, we called Kenny the next day. His crew was here within 18 hours to put a tarp on the roof and fixed it by Thursday morning. The repair is excellent--you'd never know there was a hole in the roof. These guy and their crews are great--professionals who know their job, do excellent work, clean up after the job, have a real concern for their customers and are reasonably priced. That's so hard to find that these days. We trust them completely and they'll be our go-to for any roof work to be done in the future."
